1. Submitting your articles to PeopleDevelopmentArticles.com does not result in any sort of financial compensation. You will not be paid by us or any of our users for the free use of your article.

2. Affiliate links are NOT permitted! Any articles that you submit to PeopleDevelopmentArticles.com may not contain any affiliate links. If your article does mention other products or websites they must contain a direct link only to that website or product. 

3. In submitting your articles, you irrevocably grant others the right to freely publish your articles. To make sure that you do get credit for your work, you must complete the resource box with the appropriate information as the author of the content. Granting you the appropriate credit for authorship, said articles may be used in any way by anyone such as but not limited to website publication, eZine publication, magazine publication, blogs, through RSS syndicated feeds, to cite some examples.

4. Any articles that you submit must be 100% your own work. You can not submit articles written by authors other than yourself. You may not submit any purchased private label rights articles. All content must be written by you and you must be the sole copyright holder for all articles you submit. Ghost Written articles are OK assuming you are the only person who owns the rights to the article in question.

5. Submission of an article does not guarantee that it will be included in the PeopleDevelopmentArticles.com Directory. We always reserve all rights to reject any content for any reason and/or to change the category chosen, if we consider the article to be a better fit under another section.  

6. Articles with any spelling or grammar errors will be denied and may be re-submitted after being revised. It is your responsibility to ensure that only accurate content is submitted. Please check your articles before submission or purchase our affordable proofing/formatting services as posted on our home page.

7. Articles that contain inappropriate language or adult content will automatically be denied and deleted from our database. We are constructing a positive, welcoming environment where people can grow and develop, and we will not tolerate any materials that go against our values and operating principles.

8. For articles to be published, authors must include a brief paragraph about themselves in the "authors" section. Otherwise, we are not responsible for our inability to give you credit for your work. Pictures are optional but highly recommended. We will upload a generic logo icon for authors who choose not to have their pictures on our site.

9. Authors who create an account must submit an article at the same time. If a user has created a profile and does not post any articles, we reserve the right to delete the profile from our system immediately. All profiles with at least one article will remain in our database indefinitely unless the author send us a request in writing to info@peopledevelopmentarticles.com asking to delete his or her profile.

10. To be posted as a "FEATURED ARTICLE" section, authors must purchase our proofing/formatting services in conjunction with the special front-page posting rights. Spaces are limited and there might be a waiting list once the request is received. At this time, articles can only be posted for one week at a time.

11. Submission of comments on an rticle does not guarantee that these will be accepted to be posted on such article, particularly if we have reason to believe that the comments are from a suspicious source, including its author.

12. Please DO NOT submit comments on your own articles, under any real or fictitious name. We will remove the article and author profile if we suspect that a writer is self-promoting in this unethical manner.
